Selfless Love

I saw you there smiling at someone, 

She waved at you and then both of u were gone 

My heart felt so heavy my eyes so teary, 

The feeling of losing you was so scary.

I tried not to think about it, 

Because all i can do was cry n sit.

Sit? Sit in longings of love, Pure n peaceful as symbolized by dove.

It was hard to believe on my eyes,

"don't be a fool", my brain advised.

My love for him was selfless,l sacrificed,

Happy was her cause I had tears in my eyes, 

And I stood there loathing alone in disguise.
